Firecrawl is represented as a scraping provider for applications that need page content after discovering a URL. Search and scraping are separate categories: a search request can return several links, while scraping determines how many of those pages are actually fetched and processed.

Where Firecrawl fits

The Research scenario combines these stages without hiding them. Users and tasks determine the number of research runs. Searches per task create search demand, while pages per task create scraping demand. A language model can then process the retrieved material as another independently priced component.

This model is useful for products that summarize sources, build research reports, or ingest selected pages. It is not a crawler simulation and does not infer how many URLs a site contains. The page count must describe the operations the application intends to request.

Package pricing and overage

The catalogued plan uses a package-style billing rule. A fixed fee covers an included quantity, and additional usage is priced in defined packages or overage units. The engine selects the applicable rule from the snapshot and recalculates the bill when volume crosses a quota. It does not multiply a previous total by the growth factor.

This distinction matters near plan boundaries. A one-page increase can trigger a discrete package charge instead of a smooth per-page increment. The calculation trace exposes the included units, billable quantity, fixed fee, usage charge, and formula so the result can be checked.

The current plan and source cards above are generated from the pricing snapshot. Annual-equivalent marketing prices are not treated as monthly payments unless the source and plan explicitly establish that billing period.

Coverage and exclusions

The offer models the exact scrape operation listed in the card. Crawling, mapping, extraction add-ons, proxy options, and other endpoints are outside the estimate unless separately catalogued. Site-specific complexity and failed requests can also affect real consumption but are not guessed by the calculator.

Quality and speed are not derived from package price. Comparable recommendations require evidence collected with the same operation and methodology. Without it, the cost is still valid while performance-based recommendations remain unavailable.

Estimate with Firecrawl

Choose the offer above to open the calculator with Research enabled and Firecrawl locked for scraping. Search and language components remain selectable. Adjust pages per task or enter an exact monthly page count, then inspect the formula at the plan boundary.

The estimate excludes taxes, application hosting, storage, retries, and custom agreements. Confirm the verification date and official pricing source before using the result as a purchasing forecast.
